Using calisthenics, flexibility training, breathwork, yoga and focused mental exercises, I offer tailored programmes designed around you. Together, we build strength, mobility and resilience in a way that is sustainable and intelligent. Whether your goal is to de-stress, improve flexibility, lose weight, increase strength or simply feel more capable in your body, my sessions are structured, progressive and supportive.

My approach is shaped by over two decades of movement training, including professional ballet, circus disciplines and advanced hand balancing. Ballet instilled precision, alignment and an understanding of how small technical adjustments create lasting change. Circus training developed adaptable strength and correct flexibility. Handstand practice refined body awareness, control and nervous system regulation — where balance cannot be forced, only organised.

This multidisciplinary background allows me to teach strength and flexibility differently. We don’t overstretch. We don’t exhaust the body unnecessarily. We build stability first, then expand range. We develop usable strength, not just aesthetic change.

Sessions are challenging but safe, technical but accessible. I prioritise joint integrity, alignment and progressive loading so that clients of all ages and experience levels feel confident and supported.

Whether working one-to-one, in schools, or delivering corporate wellbeing sessions, I create an environment that is inclusive, judgment-free and grounded in respect. You will not be pushed beyond your limits — but you will be guided beyond your comfort zone in a way that feels steady and empowering.
